Japanese Auto Care

Amazing service every time! Honest, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. They truly care about their customers and always do a great job. It’s rare to find mechanics you can fully trust, and this place definitely earns that trust. We have been using them for more than 13 years and have always had a great experience. We are very grateful to have found a place we can trust with our cars. Thank you so much for your excellent service throughout the years.

Great people. Great and timely service. My family and I have been customers of Japanese Auto Care for close to ten years. Best care for your car in the Boca Raton area. Reasonable and honest pricing with every job. Highly recommended for all makes and models. We won’t go anywhere else.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Saturday for a simple oil change and tire rotation, in the process, they ended up breaking off three studs from my back right tire and told me to go to Tire Kingdom to fix it. Tire Kingdom looked at it and said they don't want to touch it and there's nothing they can do to fix it as it's Jiffy Lube's responsibility. So now I'm sitting here with a car that is not operable and both shops don't know how to fix it, however, both said I should go to Japanese Auto Care to get it fixed. I came to Japanese Auto Care early Monday morning, fully expecting them to tell me to take it to a Mazda dealership or that they would be too busy to take me. To my pleasant surprise, that was not the case at all. Jimmy immediately said he would be able to get it taken care of and get me up and running same day. Jimmy called around to make sure that someone was able to provide the studs that were specific to my car, and kept me updated along the way. More importantly, while I sat there waiting for my car to be done (in a very clean and comfortable waiting room might I add), lots and lots of people filtered in and out, either picking up or dropping off, speaking to Jimmy as if the

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic!!! Over the past five years, I have been back and forth to multiple mechanics and dealerships, trying to get my car perfect. No one was able to help me properly. I spent thousands of dollars.....yet My car still shook and vibrated like a lawnmower. I replaced everything on the car except the engine and the transmission....everybody told me it was normal to have that much vibration, but I knew it wasn't. I brought my car here, and not only did they find the problem right away, My car hasn't run this well since the day I got it! I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL TO THE TEAM AT JAPANESE AUTO CARE. you rescued me from my personal nightmare. This is the first time in a long time I can take a deep breath after going to a mechanic, and know everything is exactly as it should be. I will ONLY be going to these gentlemen from now on for everything including oil changes. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much! And thank you, Jimmy for being so kind and patient. You're a gem!

By far the best, most professional, knowledgeable and honest repair service I’ve experienced. I started bringing my Honda here for repairs and service over a year ago, (after it sat unused for a while), and another repair shop wanted huge amounts of money to repair various things they claimed needed fixing. I came to Jimmy at Japanese Auto Care, and it turns out I didn’t even need all those other repairs quoted by the other place. Jimmy took care of what needed fixing and the car has been running smoothly, like new, ever since. Recently, I brought the car in for a tune up, oil change, tire check and rotation, etc. Great service, as usual. This is a long standing, family run business that provides excellent service for a very fair price. Jimmy is a gem, he is kind, caring, compassionate and honest. This is the only auto care service center I’ll ever use. They are the best.
